1. Introduction

Welcome to AIVisibility SEO ("the Platform", "we", "our", or "us"), operated at https://icandothat.online. We are committed to safeguarding your privacy and ensuring you have a transparent, secure experience when using our AI search visibility, SEO audit, and omnichannel growth platform.

This Privacy Policy explains what personal data and business information we collect, how we use and protect it, and your rights regarding your information.

If you connect a Google account, Section 3 (Google User Data) describes exactly which Google user data we access and how we use, store, share, transfer, disclose, and delete it.

2. Information We Collect

A. Account & Profile Data:

When you register for AIVisibility SEO, we collect your name, email address, company or business name, industry, website URL, phone number, and physical business address (for local NAP consistency analysis).

B. Public Website & Domain Data:

When you submit a website for an automated scan, we evaluate public HTML metadata, OpenGraph tags, Schema.org structured data (JSON-LD), robots.txt rules, and llms.txt files.

C. Third-Party Integrations (OAuth Data):

If you voluntarily connect third-party platforms (such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, Google Business Profile, Facebook, or Instagram), we collect authorized authentication tokens and aggregate performance telemetry (such as click counts, impressions, query rankings, and page review counts) to display your unified growth metrics.

3. Google User Data

This section explains what data AIVisibility SEO accesses from your Google account, and how we use, store, share, transfer, disclose, and delete it. AIVisibility SEO's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

A. Google user data we access

  • Google Search Console (read-only): the list of sites you have access to, and search performance data for the site you select (search queries, clicks, impressions, click-through rate, and average position).
  • Google Analytics 4 (read-only): the list of Analytics properties you have access to, and traffic reports for the property you select (users, sessions, traffic sources including AI assistant referrals, and top landing pages).
  • Google Business Profile: the list of Business Profile locations you manage (name and address details), and performance metrics for the location you select (Google Search and Maps views, call clicks, direction requests, and website clicks). Google offers no read-only permission for Business Profile, but we do not change your listings.
  • OAuth tokens that Google issues when you connect your account, which let us retrieve the data above on your behalf.

B. How we use Google user data

We use Google user data only to show you your own search, analytics, and Maps performance on your AIVisibility SEO dashboard and reports, and to calculate your search visibility score and growth trends. We do not modify any of your Search Console, Analytics, or Business Profile data or settings. We do not use Google user data for advertising, and we do not use it to train generalized AI or machine learning models. No person at AIVisibility SEO reads your Google user data unless you ask us to for support, it is needed for security purposes, or it is required by law.

C. How we share, transfer, or disclose Google user data

We do not sell Google user data. We share, transfer, or disclose Google user data only with the following parties, and with no one else:

  • Users you authorize in your workspace: Google user data connected to a business is shown only to members of that business's AIVisibility SEO workspace (the account owner and the team members or agency users the owner invites). The owner controls who has access and can remove members at any time.
  • Contabo GmbH (hosting provider): Google user data is stored on servers operated by Contabo GmbH in the European Union. Contabo provides the server infrastructure only; it processes the data solely on our behalf to run AIVisibility SEO and may not use it for any other purpose.
  • Law enforcement and legal authorities: only when we are required to disclose it by applicable law, regulation, or valid legal process (such as a court order or subpoena).
  • A successor company: only if AIVisibility SEO is part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, and only after we notify affected users.

We do not share, transfer, or disclose Google user data to advertisers, advertising platforms, data brokers, or information resellers. Google user data is not sent to the AI engines (such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or Perplexity) or AI writing services that AIVisibility SEO uses for AI visibility scans and content generation.

D. How we store and protect Google user data

Google user data and OAuth tokens are stored in our database on the servers described above. That database accepts connections only from the server itself and is not reachable from the public internet. All data is sent over encrypted HTTPS/TLS connections, and access inside AIVisibility SEO is limited so that each user can see only the businesses they belong to.

E. Retention and deletion of Google user data

We keep Google user data only while your Google account is connected. When you disconnect Google on the Connected Accounts page, or delete your AIVisibility SEO account, the stored OAuth tokens and cached Google data are permanently deleted from our database. You can also revoke our access at any time in your Google Account permissions; our stored tokens then stop working immediately, and you can email [email protected] to have any remaining cached Google data deleted.

4. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide, personalize, and operate the AIVisibility SEO platform and audit engine.
  • To simulate and measure your business visibility across AI search assistants (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini).
  • To generate automated Schema.org structured data, llms.txt manifests, and review response recommendations.
  • To send essential transactional notifications (welcome onboarding, password resets, website checkup alerts, weekly growth summaries).
  • To maintain platform security, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

5. Data Retention & Revocation

We retain your account data and historical metrics for as long as your account remains active. You can disconnect your Google or Meta accounts at any time directly from the Integrations Settings page in your dashboard.

You can also revoke AIVisibility SEO's access to your Google account at any time via your Google Security Settings. When you disconnect an integration or delete your account, the associated stored tokens and cached Google data are permanently deleted from our database. If you revoke access from your Google account instead, our stored tokens stop working immediately, and you can ask us to delete any remaining cached data using the contact details below.

6. Security Measures

We protect your data with mandatory TLS/HTTPS encryption in transit across all endpoints, an access-restricted database that is not exposed to the public internet, firewall isolation, and role-based access controls that limit each user to the businesses they belong to.
